  1. General
    1. The JointheQ.co.uk website (the "Website") is provided by Q Research Limited whose registered office is at 80-83 Long Lane London EC1A 9ET (hereafter referred to as "Q")
    2. Use of the Website and any Q extranet sites to which you may be directed (together the "Q WebPages") and membership of all panels set up and administered by Q (the "Q Panels") or participation in any other Q research activities ("Q Activities") is governed by these terms and conditions of use (the "Terms").
    3. Please take the time to read these Terms carefully and if you have any questions please contact Q.
  2. Acknowledgement and Acceptance
    1. By ticking 'I have read and understood' during the process to register participation as a member of a Q Panel ("Member"), or by participating in a Q Activity or by simply accessing and using the Q WebPages, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Should you not wish to accept these Terms, you must exit the Q WebPages immediately and/or or cease participation in any Q Panels or Q Activities.
    2. Q reserves the right at any time and from time to time, to modify or amend these Terms or any part thereof, without notice to you. Your continued use of the Q WebPages or continued participation in the Q Panels or the Q Activities constitute an affirmative acknowledgement of any modification and your continued agreement to be bound by the modified Terms.
  3. Terms of Participation
    1. Q Member Registration Process
      To become a Member and to participate in a Q Panel, you need to register with Q and create a Panel Membership Profile.
    2. Undertaking regarding information provided
      1. In consideration of Q granting you access to the WebPages and/or the ability to participate in a Q Panel or Q Activity, you agree to:
        1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Q Registration Process;
        2. maintain and promptly update your personal membership details including the Panel Membership Profile (defined in section 3.3.1 below) so as to keep it true, accurate, current and complete; and
        3. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Q whilst participating in a Q Panel or Activity.
      2. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Q has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Q has the right to suspend or terminate your current access to, use of, and/or participation in Q Panels or Q Activities. This is subject to your right to refuse to answer any Panels or Q survey or information request.
