What does "Q pays you a minimum of 50p for every survey you complete" mean?
Q will pay you a minimum of 50p for each survey that you complete, often a lot more depending on the length of the questionnaire. Each questionnaire will roughly consist of 5 questions.
I registered with Q and received a WAP message asking me to fill in my profile details. On accessing the page through GPRS, the page returned with an error saying was unable to connect, or that the page has expired?
When the page returns with an error saying it is unable to connect, or that the page has expired, this could mean that your phone has been unable to pick up a signal. My advice would be to go back one page and try submitting again.
Do you get penalised if you fail to answer a special project or a questionnaire?
Q will not penalise you if you fail to answer a special project or a questionnaire. Q sends out invitation inviting panel members to take part in a special project or complete a questionnaire and you can decide if you wish to take part.
How much does it cost to send a picture/video messages?
The cost to send Q a picture message or video clip depends on your network provider and tariff. The maximum cost that a network provider charges is 60p.
You can however upload your pictures on to your pc and email them to us at info@jointheq.com. This will of course save you the cost of sending them via MMS.
Can you be reimbursed for accessing WAP/GPRS on your phone or by sending Pictures/video messages?
Q is unable to reimburse you for your expenses however we will reward each panel member in the following way:
- For every survey you complete, Q pays you a minimum of 50p (Questionnaires normally consist of 5 questions)
- For every requested picture you take, Q pays you a minimum of £1
- For every requested video clip you take, Q pays you a minimum of £2
